I've done some searching on Aximsite, and cannot find anything on this subject.

Is there any way to replace a broken tip of a stylus? I didn't do this one...it came broken (second hand unit, and I was aware of it at the time), and I have extra styli. Still, if I can repair the tip and not have to throw the stylus away...it would be GREAT!

What about using some fine sandpaper to sand down a small block of plastic to make a new tip?

If you have the nylon tip, superglue will reattach it for use as a sylus. I used it on the one from my X5. I won't trust it for opening the battery compartment any more but I never should have trusted it for that in the first place since that's what broke it.
