Thumboard -- key light on?
With the X30 Thumboard (Snap n' Type) - the light turns off while I'm typing... Any suggestions? I would've thought the driver would key the screen on, similar to touching the screen!

Thanks - I knew that -- but it shouldn't have to come to that...
I shouldn't need to turn and and off the battery saving option.
The driver should be coded (if possible) to tell the OS to treat hitting keys, the same as the touching the stylus.

Well, once Vito ButtonMapper gets fixed for X30 A05, I guess I can create a macro
to map those keypresses to a hardware button...

I agree that the back light should stay on when typing on the thumb board with the same duration as the touch screen. This issue has significantly downgraded the utility of the thumb board for me because of this hassle factor.

yeah, i just got my thumb board and noticed that too.. pretty pointless to not do that.. the dell fold-out keyboard does that, and its really cool.. maybe there will be a driver upgrade or something?
