Is Belkin thumb keyboard worth it?
I want to know if the belkin thumb keyboard for x30 is worth the $40. any opinions? i'm dissatisfied with the built-in input options, and CalliGrapher is unstable.

thx everyone!

I see that DELL has intro'd the thumbboard in Canada, and looks cool, but I tell yea - for 69 bux you better get alot more than a keyboard ...

I can get the full one for like 90 or some crap .... they gotta be kidding me.

You are going to have to try it and see - You can always return it. I had a Palm i705 and had a thumb keyboard. I never really liked it and eventually quit using it. Now I have TOB Bluetooth and love it and use it a lot. But I know people that are the exact opposite.

I have had one for a couple of months and have found that I do not use it much. It seems that I often find that when I would like to use it, I don't have it with me.

I also find that the back lighting on the stream times out even though I am typing actively on the keyboard. You then need to make a physical "touch" to the screen to get the backlight to come back on.

For me what seemed like a great idea has been something without much utility in practice.

That sums up my opinion real well. Also, don't think it'll allow you to leave the stylus in the silo.

Well that is one improvement...I can hope they will begin selling them in the UK soon.

i believe it was about two or three months ago when i saw dell selling the thumb keyboard for less then $20 (tax and shipping charges were not factored in.) If its for $40, i just suggest spending 10 or more dollars on ebay for a external Dell foldable keyboard.

Yea but if you looks it's not the BELKIN, it's just the DELL, they dont even look the same. I would love one of these to input data and for Messenger, cuz i really have no use for the keyboard.. but man w/ a price tag like that - i dont think i want one that bad
