I need a thin case
I am looking for a hard case for my X30 that doesn't add much thickness to my pda. (I carry it in my pocket)

I might also settle for a slim leather case, but plastic or alluminum is preferable.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Have you looked at the Innopocket case or Rhinoskin?

Cases.com has the Inno and you can find the Rhinoskin several places online.

Although the Rhinoskin adds a little bit of thickness it is still a very light case and I can still fit my Axim into a pocket, or purse, or wear it on me.

The first time I dropped my Axim and then kicked (on accident) and watched it fly across the room and then land on the concrete and skid across the floor I was so incredibly thankful for the tough case. I never look back on it.

Go to www.bullguardcovers.com for a great case. It has been completely developed and manufactured by Aximsite member Bulldog. Great cases, and great customer service.

RinoSkin:
Here's some pics to help. The thickness is about 1 inch.

Any good leather cases that don't add much thickness to an X30? (talking less than the slip case that ships with the axim)

I'll second the BullGuard cover. Its great for pocketing the Axim during the day around the office. I use an Innopocket hard case when I throw it in my briefcase.

I just received my bullguard about a few days ago and love it! By far the best case I've had. I do have one complaint... I can lift the cover up off the axim on the sides by a little less than a quarter of an inch. As far as keeping it in my pocket... it's great.

I love my SENA case. It is leather, fits in my pocket and cradles my X30 just beautifully. I think the web site is SENA.com.

Being in the construction industry I put my X3 through some harsh an potentially dangerous environments. I purchased the inno alum. skin and I think of how I survived without one. I modified the cover to hold my WIFI card and on SD card. Since doing the modifications I have increased my productivity greatly. I do not notice the X3 in my pants or coat pocket while working. the Inno comes with a post for a belt clip but I find it more comfortable to be in one of my pockets than on my belt. Get the Alum skin from Rhino or Inno you will not regret it.
