PDAIR Extended Battery fit case ?
Hi everyone, I just bought my X3i!!! yay! hehe.

I am looking for a case right now. I understand that from aximcases.com they have the PDAIR aluminum case with extended battery life fit. This looks GREAT.. Does anyone have it?

A question about the battery. I need something that will last me pretty much the whole day.. Should I look into the Mugen 2000mAh or the regular Extended Power Battery 1800mAh?

How do these extended batteries fit onto my x3i?

It wraps around the unit with a rise along the back for the battery. The top is open to let the antenna and SD card access, And there's a slot along the bottom for an active synch cable, and on the side for the headphone jack and volume. It has cut outs for the power button, mic, and speaker. You can attach a belt clip. And there is a slot in the door for a memory card.
The extended battery fits into the same slot as your current battery. It just has a section that lays over the back of the Axim. It has a small slot over the battery release.

I hate to say it, but I am not thrilled with the new extended battery case. As one member had indicated, the hinges are slightly loose (at least I think this is the cause), resulting in the lid of the case shifting and flexing so that the lips of the case misalign. I'm concerned that the shifting of the lid might scratch the axim. I've decided to go with the leather case for the extended battery instead.

I to am looking for a case with extended battery for the x30. I was going to go with the PDAIR extended battery fit, but I think I would like the leather case better. I like the fact that the leather case flips open from the top, this would make it easy to hole and use at the same time.

Dose anyone know of a leather case with extended battery fit that will fit in the usb cradle? and more important one that will work with my plugin keyboard?

I looked around on aximcases.com and found the Piel Frama case, anyone now if it workes with the plug in type keyboard?

I haven't seen the Piel Frama in person, but I think it is not a case that can be left on when syncing with the cradle, and I doubt that it can be left on when using the keyboard. I just ordered this case and it should be arriving any day. If this proves not to be the case, I'll report back.
