Aluron Aluminum Case Review part 2
4 PRACTICAL USE-With the x30 in place there is aprox. 1/8 to 3/16
of an inch of space behind the x30 due to the previously
mentioned interior spring bars.
The bottom access cutout will not allow the standard Dell sync
or charge cable to lock in place..not good
because of the play and spring bars the side cut out for the
jog wheel and headphone jack are misaligned and the lid, when
closed contacts the wifi antenna nub slightly
5 COOLNESS One of the things I like most about the x30 is the
compact slim design ,this case adds to the overall depth by
1/4 inch or so giving it a slightly bulky look.
At first I was willing to give up my extended battery to use a
slim hard case and recharge more often ,however not being able to do this relegates this case to occasional subtle bling usage
....make with less depth and toss the space hogging keeper
system ,buff the aluminum exterior and it would be puuurfect.
