I can't decide what screen protector to buy.
I can't decide whether to get a ClearTouch or a ClearTouch Crystal screen protector (or something similar). I would like the better transparency of the Crystal. However, I do not want a glare. My current protector, a Fellows Universal screen protector (or something like that) does not fair well outside without maximum brightness on, and even then the quality can be poor. But that could be just because it is VERY scratched up and is of worse quality than either ClearTouch.

I personally have had good experiences with Boxwave and Brando. WriteShields is highly recommended as well.

There is a comparative review of the Crystal vs. regular
here.

Moved to Accessories.

You may want to look at Brando as another option.

I read the review before, that is how I learned that one had more clarity while the other is glare-resistant. I just read the Brando review. It seems more like the ClearTouch than the Crystal. I do like how it covers the whole screen, unlike the Boxwaves.

So my options are ClearTouch/Brando vs Crystal.

I just ordered a Brando last night. It's nice that it covers the whole screen, and since Brando only sells one type protector, I don't have to choose between two different ones like with Boxwave.

I prefer the BoxWave Crystal (to the Cleartouch, which I also like). It fit well on my old X3i.

Actually Brando does sell 2 different types of screen protectors. Look more closely on their site. I also just ordered a crystal clear from them.

I have the Boxwave Crystal on my x50v and like it. I don't notice much of a glare. It will be a big improvement over the Fellowes one.

I got a boxwave...I love it. I have even taken it off and washed it up, and put it back on. The only thing about it that bugs me a little is the edges wont stay down but you don't see it unless the unit is off. Otherwise I love it.
