Planet 21 hardcase and Dell Bluetooth Keyboard

I have just ordered my new Axim X30 (high) from dell. Unusually for me I also ordered accessories from Dell as well. As soon I pressed the submit button I started to worry, not about the PDA but the Planet 21 hard case and ?? the bluetooth keyboard.

There are no pictures of either of the two products on the dell site. Does anyone out there have

a. a picture of the products

b. information on how good or bad they are

If you do a search for the Planet 21 case, you will unfortunately find that it is not such a great accessory. The BT keyboard, however, should be fine. If your order hasn't shipped, you can call to cancel the case.

I love my Dell Bluetooth keyboard. It's a rebranded ThinkOutside keyboard. It's an amazing little toy.

Thanks. Unfortunately my order has shipped, so it looks like I have wasted some money on the Planet 21 case. Can anyone recommend a good hard case for the X30 for someone whos just learnt a good hard lesson?

Hi I just recieved my Planet 21 case. It has to be the worst hard case I have ever seen.

Fotunately the Dell bluetooth keyboard looks get as does the X30 itself and they've done alot to aliviate the pain of the Planet 21 case.

I have a THink Outside BT Keyboard which, as another member stated, id the same exact one that Dell sells. Dell just paid Think Outside for it and rebranded it with their name. I can attest to the fact that it is an EXCELLENT keybaord. You won't be disappointed.

You can also pair it with your PC or Mac which I would suggest you do and start typing with it so that you can get used to the keyboard and it's lack of a dedicated number key row. By the time your Axim arrives you'll be more than aquianted with the keyboard's layout.

As for hard cases, I stand behind RhinoSkin 100%! I don't scrimp on something that will protect a $400+ delicate electronics investment! Some people swear by cheaper brands like Innopocket but I don't care to mess with knock-offs, even good knock-offs like Innopocket is. But Innopocket is a good case in and of itself, just not as solidly made and constructed with as much care as an authentic Rhinoskin from what I've seen.

Go for a Rhinoskin if you can, if not then go for an Innopocket. Good luck.
