Axim x30h original SD card problem
I have replaced my original 64mb sd card with a 256mb, initially to make room for my GPS software. However when I re-insert the original card, it is not reading, as though it's not there!I have tried re-inserting it many times. I now have a 1G Sandisk, but would still like to have it as standby instead of wasting it.

How can I make it usable again?? Anyone has any idea I would appreciate it.

Thanks.

Esther.

Do a soft reset after you've inserted the old card, that usually works for me.

You'd better format SD card to FAT32!

when you say orginal card, are you talking about that black card that comes in the axim? if so, that is not a realy memory card, its just there to keep dust, dirt, etc. from enter the memory card slot. im saying this becuase some people have been confused by this before.

Thank you for enlightening me! I guess I didn't really read the specifications properly!! I just remember it was 64/64 and I thought . . . !! Come to think of it . . . I didn't! That really solve the mystery.
Thanks again.

Esther.
