This is probably an old question....
If I have an X3 without wireless capabilities, is there an option available to enable wireless operation? Thanks.

You could get an SD wifi card, but that would mean that your SD slot would not be available for memory anymore. For more info on wifi, check out Ike's Wifi Guide:

You can get a card here that combines a SD storage card with a WiFi card.

http://www.sandisk.com/retail/256mb-wifi-sd.asp

If you got the plain Wifi card anyway, you would not lose any of the devices existing functionality, only the ability to use extra SD storage at the same time as WiFi, which is why sandisk made a combined one.

Your device will still operate even without a memory card. However, you will be limited to the built-in memory your device has, which is not much. Don't forget your Main Memory has to be used for both storage and running programs. As for the card you've described, I've heard many reports of problems with those combo cards, so it's best if you throroughly research them first.
