Best BlueTooth GPS for the buck for X30

I am trying to find the best GPS that uses BlueTooth. I have looked at the Dell website in the past and they had one with the Dell brand on it but it looks like they are not offering it anymore. The one they have is the Pharos which I think is a bit pricy. Any ideas out there? Also, this is for U.S. mapping.

Holux GPslim 236

I recently purchased the Holux GP Slim 236 and so far I am very happy with the performance. I am using mapopolis software to find my way around New England and other than a few "back road" tours before setting preferences, it works very well.

I have a 2 year old X5 and use the Pharos CF GPS system. Since I am a real estate broker in Baltimore Maryland, I use it daily and am very disappointed with its performance. Although it is more accurate than our weather forecasters…it ain’t much better. I’ve actually had many negative comments from customers riding in my car.
It seems to lose its signal often, get confused and give wrong directions, announce turns AFTER you’ve already passed them and generally just piss ya off.
Are there any REALLY GOOD systems out there that will work with my CF receiver???

Well, I really needed something much more reliable since I must plan routes to maybe 10 houses at a clip. I heard some really good things about Mapopolis....The software is free and you download maps to try it out that are good for 9 days. It was love at first sight! www.mapopolis.com. The BT##* receiver is the very best and reasonably priced!

FWIW, I just ordered the iTrek M3 from Semsons. It's their branded version of the Globalsat BT-338, but with an updated firmware that fixes some of the headaches the BT-338 has been giving users. I'm hoping it will be the best of the bunch.

I just ordered an X30 and have not received it yet. But I have an i.trek bt receiver that I got from Amazon.com (with extra battery) for about $110 and I am very pleased with its performance. The battery life is AMAZING at 20+ hours and it gets strong signal. I use mapopolis and have only had one bad route (sent me on a right and immediate u-turn instead of just turning left).

I'll post an update as soon as I get it working with the x30.

ok, I got the x30 and can report Tat it works well with the itrek. I have used both mapopolis and destinator 3- I prefer the latter.

Also, and interesting feature is that the charging cable works with the x30 and it includes a splitter so it can be used to simultaneously charge the GPS and PDA using a single lighter plug/ charger. ive used this feature before and it is extremely useful on long road trips.
