Hi,

I was looking at the (smart keyboard) SK-6688 by chainpus, and on their website it says that it only works with AXIM X5, well im looking at all the other PDAs who can run it which tell me, what the hell is going on!? Why wouldnt it work on any other axim as the x30? I have seen other IRDA keyboards which run on the x30 why can't this one, same specifications, same everything. So I am just wondering if there's a concrete reason why it wouldn't work on the x30, because right now im really psyched out by this weird situation, it has everything it needs to run on the x30, a normal pocket pc. check it out here http://www.chainpus.com/products/ke...mpatible%20List

It works on an x50v. I don't know why it wouldn't work on your x30, but I've not done it so I can't say 100%

It probably can. This how often they would have to update the description whenever a new PDA came out. However there's a possibility it's missed off for a reason, so in all cases like this you must take a little risk :-)
In this case, yes, it will probably work.
