But it was in it's new innopocket aluminum case and survived flawlessly. My heart is still pounding from the rush of fear I felt when it fell onto the concrete. I just got rid of my crappy leather case and upgraded to the inno and you could say I'm quite satisfied.

I had the same thing happen to be. But luckily I also have the Innopocket hard case and my axim came out of it without a scratch. The case got a scratch but it is no big deal. It gives it characture right? I am glad to hear that your story ended just like mine did.
