Where to find Wi-Fi power program?

I had to hard reset and I didn't save any of the random programs such as Wi-Fi Power so that the wi-fi button only turns wi-fi on and not BT. I've scoured the forums for an hour but cannot find anything. Anyone have a link to the program?
