Hi, how do you do a hard reset? I tried doing the suggestion of going A06 --> A05 --> A06, but it won't let me downgrade the rom.

What exactly is BIS anyhow?

on the x50 you hold down the power button while depressing the soft reset button at the saem time. Is it the same on the x30?

Built in storage.Hard resets does not erase BIS.
