Guest Sync only

The last 2 right pin connectors bent. Straighted out but now it only charges and syncs in Guest mode only. Look like I have to sent to PPCTechs for repair. Any info to fix it yourself. Thanks.

If you still have warranty Dell will replace it.

Well, I messed with the pins to see if I can get different sync than Guest sync. I end up broke the last pin and about to sent to PPCTECH for repair but I did these steps:

1. Backup data.
2. HARD RESET on X30. Leave it out of cradle.
3. Delete the Activesync 3.8 from my PC.
4. Reload original Activesync 3.7 from disc.
5. Reboot PC.
6. Put back X30 to cradle. Should auto turn on.
7. Follow sync instruction to create new partnership sync. Restore backup. All the setting is reset default so you have to set it to your taste again.
8. Down load 3.8 sync and it still works with new parnership sync.

It WORKS!!!!! No more stuck to GUEST sync.
Seem to me last pin is not needed... :)
