my axim doesn't detect main battery level!!!

my axim doesn't detect the main battery or backup battery level. i tried with pocket plus and others, nothing seems to work, it just keep searching without any results...
i tried soft resets, another battery, but nothing happened.
help please!!!

Two words....Hard Reset

Make sure you back up your PIM data first.

i don't know why but suddenly after a few hours, and a couple of more soft reset, the axim detected the battery, now working fine.

yah it happens.. problem with the OS.. my Ax couldn't detect the BUB level for a while.. after a couple of soft resets everything was fine again.
