unresolved items????

upon syncing, i get a "16 unresolved items" in my contacts. when i click on "resolve items" i get a pop up for each one saying "error 80004005" it'll list the item (which is one of my contacts) and say that it will be skipped. if i click "ok", it stops on the very next one and gives the same error number.

i went to "rules" and changed it to "always change item on this computer" but it hasn't helped.

any ideas?

Try disconnecting the Axim from the computer, do a soft reset, then try to sync again.

nope, that didn't do it

on a + note, tho, it did fix a different issue i was having :)

could it be because my "trial version" of office outlook has expired? i installed the full version (that came with my device) on my old PC. when i got the new computer, i couldn't find the cd sleeve that had the 25 digig validation code and the butt heads at MS wouldn't just hook me up with another.

i guess i have to go buy it, but i'm concerned that this issue will persist even after i do.

I had the same issue....lost the sleeve. I called DELL and they gave me another number

that's weird. when i called dell, they told me they don't actually give the CD's. they're provided by MS so they can't give me one, i'd have to call MS. which i did, MS was like "tough, pay up again"

i'm about to go to office max and see how much it is just to (re)buy it. anything i should know ahead of time (new versions, etc)?

i'm still concerned about the "unresovled item" issue. it might be fine because it didn't start til the trial expired, but i had an issue with my inbox not syncing prior to the expiration so i don't know. it still doesn't

stick with AC 3.8....4 is real bad
