Data Backup - PIM OK, but all data fails

This morning I managed to do a hard reset instead of a soft reset . I restored from backup and sorted it all out. As that backup was a bit old, I decided to make another backup using Dell's Data Backup app/util which until now has worked fine.

I can backup the PIM stuff only to built-in and SD no problem. But when I try and back up all data it gets to 100% and then gives me the rather unhelpful message of "Backup failure!".

Any ideas on what this may be, or if it makes any logs? I've got a X30 High running 2003SE.
