Can i make the scroll buttons scroll smoothly??

When im reading email or looking at a page i have to use the the touch screen to move the page up or down.

If i use either the multi direction button under the screen or the toggle button on the side, the screen changes fully to the next section.

Is there any where i can down load "smooth scrolling" as i have with firefox? It would be so useful just to be able to push the button and scroll slowly and smoothy through the page, stopping where you want to be.

There are programs called PIEPlus and multiIE that will let you do that. They're shareware not freeware though.
