Continual prompt for "Account Password"

Every time I dock my Axim X3, after about 1 minute or after it's done syncing, it continually asks me for my "Account Password". I recently upgraded the ROM Version/BIOS to A02(04080402EN). I don't think this password prompt is coming from Setting/Password option which appears to be disabled, but I can't tell for sure. This is very annoying. Any idea what could be generating this continual password prompt?

BTW it only appears to be happening while I'm docked and it doesn't matter whether I put in the correct or incorrect password and hit OK or Cancel, it still keeps coming back.
