appointment popup

my axim x30 never had this problem. every time an appt. pop up...if i dont click dismiss or snooze...it will turn of the axim.

but now it wont...it is just stuck at that screen and wont turn off unless i click dismiss or snooze button. i went into setting and check power setting and have the axim turn off in 3 min for battery or no battery if there is no activity.

i recently had to hard reset my axim. could this be the cause of the probblem? anyone know how to resolve this problem? thx in advance.
