A00 X3i (no bluetooth) A02 ROM upgrade won't stick.
Followed the fine intstructions in the thread here twice, everything went through as described with no errors. System Info still reports A00. Downloaded previous driver updates from Dell, installed those, tried the A02 ROM upgrade via the instructions here (using the 74809 release installer), and also tried using the direct 80976 installer. Same thing either way, though the representation of what's happening on the Dell itself is slightly different, but both report everything to be going swimmingly. It just doesn't seem to be actually updating to A02 in the end??
No matter what I do, no matter how successful it appears, I'm stuck with:
ROM Version A00(09100300EN)
Any ideas?
