The V3c's bluetooth has been "neutered" so it will only work with a headset, Verizon's idea.

Becuase then you'd get all of your ringers and wallpaper sent from your X30 instead of buying everything from them through Get It Now!

I jut bought a Nokia 6256i from VZW, works pretty well since it doesn't have BT disabled.

Verizon consistently 'fries out' their models making them uber-gay.

It's really retarded when you can't connect to your friend via an international standard. Stupid cheap bastards.

BTW, I never pay for ringtones. It's absolutely insane.

Go to Howardforums and do a search. I downgraded my Razr to earlier firmware and now have OBEX and DUN via BT. Dont use the DUN but it is there. Do some looking and you can find out how to do a lot of things there. Good Luck.

Works for me, but I have a Cingular branded Razr, not Verizon.
