X30 Activesync issue

Hi Everyone,

My wife has an Axim X30 she bought in late 2004 and it still works up until about a month ago in that she can not get the Dell foldable keyboard to work and it will not activesync despite showing it is connectred. She just got a Dell laptop and downloaded the Axim CD and it does not work on it as it stopped working on her old HP laptop. Does anyone having ideas how to fix these problems?

Sounds like the connector on the bottom of the axim has some broke or bent pins
