Unrecognized Card for X3i Wifi

well suddenly my lovely x3i cannt logging in into wifi, i mean its radio seems dead or something. evry time i turn it on a message appear " Unrecognized Card. Enter the Name of the device driver for this card. For information, see the card manufacturer's documentation "
Unknown card in Socket 1 (on the blank column)


wew.. what happen? do you guys here ever see the problem like this. is there anyway to fix it. i try to test it with a dell axim tool test .. it say, your radio seem turn off, turn it on please.

any information, idea, or comment will be much appreciated.

I feel your pain. I have reached the same point. I am quite frustrated at this time. Here is my problem:
----------------------------------
1. recieved Dell Axim X3 that would not boot passed the "SplashScreen".
2. Searched for a long time and had to consult a friend for a fix.
3. Found the updates and used an SD card to restore in DIAG mode.
4. Device came alive and began working fine.
5. Connected to LAN and used skype to place a few calls to friends at work and tested awesome!!!

I was very very happy!

However with that said, I am back to a stopping point. I have gotten the error:

TEXT FIELD: "Unknown card in Socket 1"
BUTTONS: "OK" or "Cancel"
