slingbox on my x30

I'm trying this now on my X30. So far I have encountered the following:
- The software is Beta good until 4/26 when the full version is to be released.
- Had to update to ActiveSync 3.8. Installed OK otherwise (Windows 2000).
- My desktop slingbox directory did not have my password. There was no apparent way to enter it on the X30 for an existing entry. Had to add it on the desktop then they synced fine.
- Full screen video is disabled for some reason.
- When connecting to the Slingbox I get a still picture (which occasionally updates) and the Optimizing message for a long time (more than 10 minutes).

That's where I'm stuck right now. Any suggestions appreciated.
