Putting together wifi & dialup & nPOP

Cingular is running a special until the first of June... sign up for a media plan and you get the first month usage unlimited. So, I signed up, got the settings from one of the threads here, and now my x30H can connect via bluetooth to my RAZR, which gets me net access. I don't really want to browse much-- email is what I'm really after.

What's frustrating is that to pull this off, I have to

1. enable bluetooth
2. select the device pairing with the phone
3. select the dial up connection I want to use (although there is only one...)
4. wait for the connection to complete
5. launch nPOP to get mail.

There's got to be a better way. Does anyone know what it might be?
