Beam excel files??

When i beam an excel file from my laptop to my Ax, it works great, but when i try to beam from my Ax back to the laptop, it is all garbled looking, something to do with the conversion from .pxl to .xls. do i need to download a special conversion program or is there some settings that i am missing?? (Word documents work fine both ways!!). this is not really a big deal, i'm just being lazy and not connecting with my cradle, but this would be nice for in the truck at work.

ActiveSync is required to convert the files to the correct format for your laptop. You might want to try wifi syncing.

thanks for your advice, but i just realized (yesterday) that i can IR activesync to my laptop

dummy me!!! problem solved!!!

oh well, i guess it is good to learn something new everyday. EH!!!
