Help: Can't restore from backup
My x30 has been acting up and ActiveSync recently started to not work, even after many soft resets, so I tried to restore from backup. However I get a "Failed" msg when I did this. Any answers on why it failed?

If your doing a total restore (all programs, settings, PIM data), do a hard-reset first. Once your PPC is clean, the restore will work better.
