just did a hardreset whats the next step?

hi all i am new to the world of PDA my am using an X30 high 624mhz i just wanted to format the thing so i could install my stuff on it again it was freezing so i read about reset and i pressed the power button and the lil tiny button at the back of the pda and now .. whats the next step after a hard reset

my question is how do u install win mobile 2003 on it again thanks

Welcome to Aximsite!

No need to reinstall WM2003SE. The ROM can't be removed so you can just start reinstalling programs, resyncing, etc. BTW, if you want to keep your previous Device ID, you will need to delete the old partnership on desktop ActiveSync first. When your device is not connected, click on File - Delete Partnership. Once it's deleted you can sync.

Just go through the steps of the hard reset. First you have to press the correct hardware button, then align the stylus and cut and paste an appointment. At least thats how it is on my x50.

PPCs are different than regular pcs. The os is in the rom. Everything u install is in the ram. At least on the x30 and others. It makes a fresh install a lot easier that a windows pc.

You should be ready in a few minutes.

hard reset

when i did the hardreset my screen went blk now its blk when i press the power button nothing shows up nd the batt has 80% charge last time i cheked now when i press it nothing showz up..
