My AXIM 30 won't stay turned off

I have a replacement Axim 30 that keeps turning itself on. I've done a couple of hard resets, made sure I've got the latest OS, etc. The programs I have are the same ones I had on the original and it didn't do this. Any ideas?

It might be trying to connect for your email?
Maybe check settings.

I've never used it for email. What settings?

Check activesinc options on your desktop or on pda and makesure its not set to turn on and sinc at certain times.

I always manually sync when connected to my desktop. I never do it wirelessly. I don't allow active sync to run on my desktop. I checked all the active sync options on the Axim and they are all set to manual.

Do you have any timers set (alarm settings) or install any new software ?

No, there are no timers set. The software I installed on this Axim 30 (it's a replacement) is the same as the software I had on the previous one and that one never did this.
