Unable to Sync ...

Just recently, when I attempt to sync my X3 with my desk top I receive the following message: "Cannot start communications with the desktop computer. Remote networking could not start due to a critical error. (Error 608)."

Can any one tell me what has caused this situation and what I need to do to resolve it? I extend my appreciation in advance for any help offered. An answer via this forum or sent to my email: memoriesheld@msn.com would be outstanding.

There are a few pieces of info needed so we can figure it out. What software are you using to sync your x3? Mobsync? Microsoft's ActiveSync? Are you using a sync cable or a docking station? I'm assuming your running windows XP. Also youc an go to either google.com and put in the error message or go the microsoft website and see if you find it there...
