Hi susan,

I'm not an expert, but from what I understand PUSH email means that when email arrives on your server, it will be "pushed" to your device. Instead of pulling it (when you click send/received) from outlook or similar.

I tried emoze before, and didnt really get anywhere since I didn't have a data plan (which what make push email useful) before.

I'm now using mail2web.com, and with a data plan, it works wonderfully with my Eten PDA phone. Everytime I received email on my server, it will pushed to my device in an instance (feels like it). If anything, I would suggest you try mail2web rather than emoze. Oh yeah, mail2web is free also.

Hope that helps.

Ill have to go to mail2web but is it an email provider?Or client?

If its a client will it "get"imap4 and pop3? Id rather use an imap email account for mail 2 be sent to the phone as the memorys limited and mail will have to be deleated and lost if pop3!

Email to the phone sounds good as sometimes i can go for days without finding a wi-fi connection!!!

What is a data plan???

Sorry! more questions!!

Ive just been to "mail2web" and it got my mail!!! It dose meen giveing accsses to my account???It was much much faster than when i use a public pc to check on the web interface!!!It was also presented in a fast very readable way much better than on the email providers site!!!

A data plan is for Cell Phone service. If you have mobile web on your phone and you pay a flat rate each month instead of paying by the kilobyte, then you have a data plan. It enables you to surf the web and recieve other, well, data. (Read: Push email).

I thought about using Emoze but I only have a PDA, not a PDA phone edition so I don't know how handy it would be. I guess it just sits and waits until you turn your wifi on and then gets your messages.
