HELP! MY AXIM X30's MEMORY SUCKS

I use my Axim primarily for medical-related programs and I usually sync it 3-4x a week for auto-updates. One of the programs that does this is Epocrates. Unfortunately, now - my Axim gives me the cute message "Out of Memory."

I have deleted every program I can except those that came with the PPC and shifted over almost all of my programs to my 524MB storage card. However, when I get to that memory window under "settings" i see that only 3.14 MB is free for storage and only 4.28 MB is free for programs out of 64.41 frigging MB"s.

I am growing increasingly frustrated with this counter-intuitive, expensive, piece of junk and before I threw it out the window, I was hoping someone could give me a quick helping hand on how to manage its memory. This thing is just worthless right now. *sigh* Also - if I see programs on the pocket PC's start menu but that don't show up on the remove programs list on my PC, how, in God's Green earth, do I remove it?? HELP! SOS!

Try using MemMaid to clean out old temporary files (like IE cache and so on), it has a free trial and can do a couple of other things to help free memory.

you can store the SX and DX parts of epocrates to a storage card so as not to fill up main memory. otherwise, epocrates is a beast.
