deleted appointment, how can i undo it?

i got x30 high

anyway, i was updating my schedules and appointments
and i accidentally deleted the appointment, it is a series-schedule, which i set it to happen every tuesday and friday from sept 06 to end of dec 06...
now this whole series of appointments, i had notes and everything during the last couple month in those appointments, now they are all gone...

so fricking stupid that i am, i knew i should just sync it with my computer's outlook, then it will all be DLed back to the x30 again.. but my outlook's ***** deleted those appointments too and updated according to the x30...

is there any rescue in this situation? so i know what to do next time?

PS: I hate this x30, and this is probably the only thing I hate, once you delete an appointment, you cannot undo!!!!

Sorry, when it's gone, it's gone. Restore from backup or other source is the only solution.
