Playing Youtube (and dvds) on X30 high

Hello there

I read with interest the playing of youtube movies on X50/51.
I have a X30 high and loaded TCPMP and then pasted the URL into conversion sites such as vidconvert, vixynet and mymobile clips. None of these worked over the last few weeks, with attempts at different times to avoid busy periods.

Can you tell me; am I missing something or am I wasting my time with the X30?

I am thinking of converting dvd and loading these onto a large sd card. Will I get similar issues?

I don't think TCPMP could manage YouTube videos, but just in case try the 0.81 beta version. If it doesn't work, try with flash player installed and opera or other browser, because I don't think pocket IE will work.

Or what I do -- surf YouTube (and Google Videos) with Firefox and the VideoDownloader plugin. Then copy the resulting file to the PDA.
