Bluetooth Passkey or Security code required?

I've been trying to set up my X30 on another laptop via Bluetooth. Mainly by trial and error.

I think I'm just about there, however I'm at the point where I need to enter a "Passkey". I have no idea what this passkey is or where to locate it. I have never had to use this before.

Where or how can I locate this passkey?

Also, I have never needed to use the Bluetooth on my X30 before. How would I go about installing any Bluetooth updates? Or is this taken care of automatically through ActiveSync?

Put in anything, and it will ask you on the other device and put it in again.
ie; 1234 on x30 and 1234 on laptop.
