Aximsitex3icon SOMETHING STRANGE with my Aximx30

I've never run into this before. All of a sudden I cannot use my Internet Explorer. When ever I click on one of my "favorites", I get " The page you are looking for cannot be found." As it turns out, the Explorer can't find any page. I realize that there is probably something simple that I need to do.....but at the moment anyway I don't know what it is. Can you help me? I use my ppc to access my e-mail and now I can't...... also, when I attempt to connect to my hotmail account on my Opera Browser, I get: "Unable to complete secure transaction." Something is obviously going on!

Have you tried a simple soft reset? Quite often it just requires a memory dump to get things back in order.

From there...

the dreaded hard reset is still an option (backup first)

I Tried But Without Success!

I tried again a soft reset and a hard reset (also I cleaned) but without success. Before I restored the data backup from the storage card, I tried to go on and get my e-mail.... with success. Then when I restored the backup data, I no longer could get access. THE PAGE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CANNOT BE FOUND. This was true of my "favorites" and the Address Bar. Where do I go from here?

You obviously have a problem with something in your setup because you are restoring the problem from back up.
Best bet is to install all your things again, and create a back up when the ax is stable.

I doubt your problem could be with your internet rather than your device. Check with your ISP.

Check your wifi settings, make sure that you aren't in power save mode.

It Works now!

I did a hard reset, without saving anything. Then I re-downloaded my programs. Everything works fine. You were right. When I saved everything, I was probably saving the "problem" as well. Thanks a lot............

I did the same thing as you. I performed a nice little backup, did a hard reset, then restored using the previously saved backup only to have the same problem come up.

As simple a concept as it may be, people sometimes have to experience their own mistakes before the lesson really "sinks in". I know that was the case with me.

I too performed a full reset (second one after the first failed attempt), and everything worked fine from there after. Some of us just have to learn a little differently than others . . . but as long as we get there everything's all good!
