Starting an AXIM X3

I bought an AXIM X3 from E-Bay but it goes throughthe screen alighnment, time Zone. then I get an error message "tour error" "(system) there was a problem creating the tour interface" (tour.xml). When I click OK I go to a screen with some half cercles and how my main battery is fully charged and my backup battery is low. I can not get out of this screen. Could someone please help me

Have you tried to hard reset the device? Press the power button whilst depressing the reset button and follow the on-screen instructions.

Yes I tried that but it made no difference
