does x30 have mic in

hi,

the silly search won't accept my <3 letter search so i need to ask.

does my x30 headphone jack support mic in? i want to use wifi with skype & i wonder if it would sound better with a mic headset instead than the built in mic ( which isn't too bad i guess). i need an adapter if wired so i want to know.

the alternative is a bluetooth headset. anyone have experience? pros cons?

I cannot guarantee that my information is accurate, but I always believed that the X30 didn't have the ability to take a microphone in. The X50 is supposed to be the first device that could.

You might have to research this a bit more though...

ok, thanks. that's what i thought...i even tried a 3.5mm to 2.5 adapter to see if my wired headset would work but it didn't seem like it...

thanks. the voice isn't so good for using my axim as a voip phone for skype...
