MS .net compact framework question

I am trying to run the software WiFiFoFum.exe and get the following error message:

app requires a newer version of the MS .NET Compact Framework than the version installed on this device

I'm not really sure what version I'm running, how to find out what version I'm running, or what version is needed.

system info:
Dell Axim X30
Intel PXA270
312MHz
64MB RAM, 64 MB ROM
ROM ver A03 (08160400EN) (looks old, doesn't it?)


can someone help, in simple terms, please? I thought I was pretty computer savvy until I started playing with this thing.

Its most likely running Compact Framework 2.0 sp2.
