Axim X30 only connects as GUEST in activesync

This has been a probelm for a while. Since it showed up I've totally reloaded my main computer with the same results. I can only sync with the computer using the guest partnership. If I setup a partnership and try to sync contacts with my desktop it fails to connect. Tried several versions of activesync as well as resetting my Axim. In guest partnership there is no problem loading programs or accessing the data. Anyone else have this problem????

I was hoping for a reply from one of the gurus as I am having the identical problem as the one you described. I've been settling for the guest partnership to update my Mobipocket news each day and download files, music, photos, ebooks, etc. as if the Axim was a USB flash drive.
