Playing Flash Video?

I am sure this has already been asked but how do I play a flash video that I downloaded for the internet. I though I downloaded the player but I cannot get it to work. any suggestions?

u can get a flash player software just goole it

TCPMP will play flash and almost everything else.

My previous post seems to have gone missing so here's take 2.

To play FLV files with TCPMP you need a plugin 'cause it can't handle it as is. The plugin is available here and I tried it out on my X30H and it worked fine playing a local file. (Though I downloaded the .zip file which only includes the two .plg files for TCPMP, not the exe they mention for downloading files off Youtube.)

I have tired the plug in but still cannot get a .flv to work. I downloaded the .cab file does that make a difference?
