I had this problem with a big sD card when using the built in card reader. But when I put the same card in a USB card reader, it reads it fine. Not sure why.

Or from Active Sync, hit Explore Device, then navigate to your card & copy. But it'll be insanely slow.

4gb cards are not standard so may not work in all hardware. My Sandisk 12-in-1 USB card reader supports SDHC so I figured it might work with my non-SDHC 4gb card. And it does. There's also wireless and bluetooth options, though they may be slow. (Useful in getting files from a computer without Active Sync though if you don't have a usable card reader.)

Edit: Updated card reader drivers (for built-in card readers) just might allow using a 4gb card if they add SDHC support.

There is an utility that allow you to make your 30h to look as a storage device on your laptop (extra drive). Then you trnasfer the data to the card at a fast rate. I cannot remember the name of the software but I am looking as you are reading this. I will edit this post or post again when I find it.

Just remember Noisy Crow pointed me to this software a while back. Send him a PM, I am sure he will respond quickly.
