Axim x30 PDA for watching kids at home

I want to build a wireless security system for home but I don't know where to start.I know there is software that broadcast images to an online account where we can retrieve a remote video image from home.

Ofcourse I know that I need wireless camera but how to find my self with cimos,CCIT and all this.

I already have two Desktop PC but what card or other devices I might need to coplete my project.I have DSL internet.I don't need a N.A.S.A security system but system nI can build with what I have already:like computers, a free Lynux OS that come with the bundle software necessary for the project to avoiding me buy expensive windows applications.


From a Air port free wifi service with my Axim x30, I should be able to have a constant look in my house to see how the kids behave.I know it's possible to do this but I need some advise from experts on this forum.
