No, You need to do the following, but you will lose all your softwares, documents all!! So if you dont want to loose dont do it.

Press the following combination on your axim:
Power botton+Reset(one in the back)+jog(let it press it, the black under the headphone input)+contact botton.

Then just release the the power and the reset but let the contact and jog press it, you will the the power botton flashing green.

Without any SD card on, you will see a boot screen that will make you do some test on the axim, like screen test, sound, recording, bottons etc.

When you complete all that, you will see the same info and procedure like if your axim was from the factory.

Like I told you will going to lose all the info and this will be on your own, i have done this a lot of time and dont have any problem, but be aware that im not responsable of any damge if something can ocurr.

Another way is to download the AO6 rom update from dell, in that way the pc will do the whole process automatic, so you dont have to do what i told you before, just connect the pocket to the PC via active sync and the EXE will reboot your PDA.

I will put the link above.

If you're using WMP11 (as mentioned in the subject rather then WMP10 which you said in the message) and getting a message saying it is not supported, well WMP11 may not be compatible with the Axim. Rolling back to WMP10 is the recommended solution.
