Can't remove a "clock" program.

I have had no difficulty removing programs in the past but I have found it impossible to remove a clock. Does a clock present a special problen, thus requiring a different procedure to remove it?

The clock is TODAY'S TIME v1.1. The "problem" is that I can't remove it. Having clicked Remove Programs (it's no longer listed) and deleted it elsewhere (from the Storage Card and the Program Files, it is still on the Today page.....

I have no idea how Today's Time works but have you tried opening Today program and then click Items tab and see if Today's Time is listed there, if so, make sure it is unchecked.
If not, then try changing the theme.

Have you gone to "Start" > "Settings" > "Today" > "Items" ...and unchecked the box for the item you want to removed from the Today Screen?

You can either manually remove it or re-install Today's Time and see if you can uninstall it successfully.
If you manually remove it, on your device, check Windows>Startup to be sure that any file of today's Time doesn't reside there.
