Broke LCD and need Specs

Yesterday I broke the LCD screen on my X30, and would like to know if it is possible to determine what the specs were for my specific X30?

I am looking to purchase another one but want to ensure that I don't get one with less ram and processor that I had because I know every program worked fine with current unit.

I can still sync the unit and perform backups but have found no way of finding the specs, if anyone can help let me know.

Its possible to find its spec by searching for a screen viewer/capture software. I have one that does require installation but installs when you sync it. So you will have to find one and install it. Once you do, the screen should appear on your desktop and you can access your PDA on your computer.

Why not just swap out the screen on your current version?

I changed the screen on my X30High, using a screen from a X3i, and it works great.
Nice tutorial on pdaparts.com on how to do this.

Enter the service tag on the DELL support site and it will show you the original configuration from the factory.
