Axim X30 - watching movies?

My Axim X30 specs:

Intel PXA270
312MHz
32MB
A06(05130500EN)
Version 4.21.1088 (Build 14260.2.0.2)

I hadn't used this in over 6 months and when I turned it on, the settings went back to like the beginning status. I used to watch movies on this thing, but it isn't working anymore.

I tried converting my movie files into .avi format using the Pocket Divx Encode program, which I have used before, but I can't view my movies anymore.

Anyone got any help for me?

Your X30 will have done a hard reset if you left it that long, which means it will be as you first got it out of the box.

The easiest way to view movies is to install TCPMP player which you can find Here.

And if you go to this great thread by Unit Zero you will find all the known codecs for the player as well.

Thanks a million. I tried, but still doesn't work. The file, TCPMP Codec Pack, doesn't load correctly. I get the first TCPMP.exe to work, but the other file doesn't. Any suggestions?
